STANDARD LABOUR CHARGES

Post warranty, customer has an option to pay one time repair charges i. e. “Standard Labour Charges”. Standard Labour charges do not includes parts and are applicable on labour service Only. The repair warranty for the same fault is for 45 days.

Rate card for Standard Labour Charges:
For Individual unit	Up to 2 units at same premise	More than 2 units at same premise
Rs. 250/-	Rs. 400.00	Rs.400.00 + Rs.150.00 for each additional unit after 2 units

Terms and Conditions:

The above rates are inclusive of service Tax.
Taxes applicable are subject to change as per government regulation.
Standard labour charges include labour charges only. For parts used, customer has to pay as percompany prevailing rates.
No additional labour charges are applicable with in 45 days of same fault occurred.
Mode of payment of standard labour charges is cash only.
For all units installed beyond the municipal limits of the jurisdiction of the company service Centre/authorized service associate, the expenses incurred with regards to deputing the service personnel towards to & fro travel, conveyance and other incidental etc. will be born by customer.
The above rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Any dispute related to standard labour charges shall be with in jurisdiction of Delhi court.

Pre Installation (Before product purchase)

Suggesting the alteration/civil/mason work, if required

Post sale visit (After product purchase for marking only)

Checking of product & site
Approving the basic work carried/suggesting alteration
Suggesting the consumables/complementary products/accessories to be bought.
Capturing Site Details.

Installation call** (After product purchase & site ready)

Checking the site status
Approving the consumables/fixing accessories availability.
Installing the product
Giving functional demo to customer
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Taking customer feedback on Installation Report

Terms & Conditions

The above rates are inclusive of service Tax.
The above rates are for individual product. In case of bulk quantity/project installation, the rate are separate and to be collected from local service centre or write back to us at [email protected]. And we will contact you.
Installation points/site should be ready available for product installation. For any other work, The charges shall be collected as actual, only if it comes under scope of work, as decided by our Authorized service personnel.
Hindware service has a right to refuse to undertake the installation in case the work is beyond scope of working as deemed fit by Hindware.
Ensuring customer satisfaction
All suggested civil/mason/plumbing provisions to be carried by customer at his own cost.
The cost of consumables/material required to install the product shall be borne by customer only.
The additional accessories, which are not part of standard accessories supplied with the units Shall be provided by customer on his/her cost.
Post completion of installation, our authorized service personnel will demonstrate the product, In case of any abnormal functioning, the same has to brought to notice immediately.
