Maintaining sanitary ware may seem like havoc but following these easy guidelines won’t just make them last longer, but also keep the style factor intact. Because nothing should take away the charm of your sparkling bathroom.

  • Replace the wax ring every 5 years to seal the connection and prevent waste & odor leakage.
  • Do not strike the surface of water closets as they are prone to scratches, chips, and cracks.
  • The inside of the bowl should be thoroughly scrubbed with a brush or household bleach.
  • The water closet should be securely fastened to the floor, to avoid wobbling.
  • Maintain the gloss finish of ceramic products by cleaning them with warm soapy water.
  • Check the water closet regularly for any signs of external leakage.
  • Disinfect the toilet bowl seat lid tank and surface with a disinfectant spray, once a month.
  • Clean regularly so that soluble salts don’t build up on the glazed surface.

Take a look at these tips to make the task of cleaning and maintaining them, a lot easier and simpler.

  • Use mild soap solution to keep the chrome surface clean and free from deposits.
  • Give special attention to regular cleaning in coastal areas.
  • Clean the overhead tank at least once in a month.
  • Don’t use harsh acids coarse cleaning powders, household cleaners or hard scrubbers.
  • Do not let cleaners sit or soak on surfaces

  • Prevent scaling by regularly cleaning the edges and using a softener for harsh water.
  • Use a strainer at the outlet of the overhead tank to prevent damage to internal fitting parts.
